One of the most important ways we serve you as state legislators is to help connect you with the services, programs, and resources that are available to you through the State of New Jersey.
If you are a resident of the Third Legislative District, please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any of the following:
- Help in communicating with state agencies
- Information on state legislation
- Notary Public Certification
- Courtesy license plate requests
- Assistance with state programs and resources
- Resource publications
If you are in need of assistance with a state agency, we ask that you contact us in writing by letter as we must have written permission to make inquiries on your behalf. We also have Privacy Authorization forms available in our offices if you prefer this option to writing a letter. Please click on the following link to access and print our Privacy Release Form. Once completed, please mail the form back to one of our offices.
Communicating with state departments and agencies may sometimes take longer than we would like. However, please know that we are diligently working to help resolve your matter as quickly as possible.
