Traveling on Route 295 South: Take Route 295 South to Exit 19.  Make a left at the top of the ramp.  Travel straight until you come to Kings Highway.  Make a left onto Kings Highway.  Continue traveling on Kings Highway, you will pass “Kingswick Apartments” on your right. Travel approx. ½ mile further, and the entrance to the office complex will be on your left (just past the entrance to Forest Creek Apartments). Our office is in the back building, Suite 400.

Traveling on Route 295 North: Take Route 295 North to Exit 19.  Make a right at the top of the ramp.  Travel straight until you come to Kings Highway and make a left.  Continue traveling on Kings Highway, you will pass “Kingswick Apartments” on your right.  Travel approx. ½ mile further, and the entrance to the office complex will be on your left (just past the entrance to Forest Creek Apartments).  Our office is in the back building, Suite 400.

From the NJ Turnpike (North or South): Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 3, towards Camden/Woodbury.  Make right at fork and merge onto Black Horse Pike South.  Take the Route 295 Exit to Walt Whitman Bridge/Delaware Memorial Bridge.  Merge onto Route 295 South and follow above directions for Route 295 South.

From Route 55 (North or South): Take Route 55 to Exit 56B (toward Woodbury).  This will place you on Route 47 North (aka Delsea Drive). Stay Straight until you reach Cooper Street (Budd’s Pools and Walgreens will be on the corner).  Turn left onto Cooper Street.  Take Cooper Street straight to Route 45 (also known as Broad Street in Woodbury).  Turn left onto Broad Street.  Travel approx. one mile and you will come to a fork (gas station at fork), make a right onto Kings Highway.  You will travel through two lights (the second light being the intersection of Jessup Road and Kings Highway).  After this intersection, travel approx. ¼ mile further on Kings Highway and our office will be on the right in the Kingsway Commons Complex.  Our office is in the back building, Suite 400.

From Route 49/77 (Cumberland County):  Starting out going South on Deerfield Bridgeton Pike/CR606 toward W Broad Street/Route 49.  Turn left on to NJ-49/E. Broad Street.  Turn left onto NJ-77/S. Pearl Street.  Continue to follow NJ-77 for over 22 miles and pass through one roundabout, NJ-77 becomes NJ-45.  Turn left on Harrison Ave/Mantua Road/CR-678.  Go about 2 ½ miles and make a right onto Kings Highway.  Continue for another 2 miles and our office is on the left immediately following the Sherwood Shopping Plaza and the entrance to Forest Creek Apartments (the Gulf Refinery will be on the right hand side).  Our office is in the back building, Suite 400.

Constituent Corner – Property Tax Reimbursement Program Deadline

The Property Tax Reimbursement Program (PTR), also known as the “Senior Freeze,” is administered by the New Jersey Division of Taxation. The deadline for filing a 2016 PTR Program application is June 1, 2017.
The Property Tax Reimbursement Program reimburses qualified New Jersey residents who are disabled or senior citizens for property tax increases on their homes. Residents applying for the program must be 65 years of age or older as of December 31, 2015, or if under 65 years old, were receiving Federal Social Security Disability benefits on or before December 31, 2015 and on or before December 31, 2016.
